Analysis of The rose
Many make assumptions about her nonsense
She's felt my pain, only she knows what I know.
Seen me at my lowest, feeling like a single speck of sand in a mountain.
Full of heat, hearts warm.
Gentle feelings of drowning and fading away
Sink... sink.... sink
Just as I open my eyes, she's there.
With her hand out reaching for mine
Gracefully picking me up off my face.
Pulling me from slumbers deep.
Fear inside of slaves in chains, freeing me from a reality so false.
Slowly feeling my face with soft winds.
Angel whispers of my name.
In the sands a rose, the most lonely beautiful rose.
A reflection of my own life.
That only she can be in the presence of.
Delicate rose within my reach.
Ever so gently, thank you for choosing me.
Love rains over like a storm.
Never again thirsting for life and neglecting.
Now gently standing up to my feet.
While I was looking for the rose and running.
There she is in plain sight, just simply being.
No one else in our existence
What a wonderful reflection to seek
