Analysis of "Mama's proud son"
Lenamarie Clark 1981 (Indianapolis,Indiana)
I saw that little boy starting to tie his shoes to now a man shaving his head.
I don't need to hold his hand he let go at 5 waiting for the bus to arrive.
Off I sent him year after year and one million tears, happy tear.
A couple years ago he was in for a ride ya know personal issues, ya know life caught up, kiddo got himself in a sticky situation.
Our emotions ran wild and sometime we did get along but we conquered those moments and made it through the struggles.
Dang it was surreal that I had to pinch myself at times to wake the feels.
I sent him of to his first home of his own
January 13th 2023 the last day under mama roof the night before we talked and talked about the future, son I'm so proud of the man that you become.
Now soon to be a manger in a restaurant at 19 not a year out of highschool and talks of the navy
oh how my heart is heavy but proud
and I thank god for giving me a great son and another chance at life.
Oh how mama is so proud...
