Analysis of Neglect. One doggy.
Wayne Blair 1951 (London)
One dog yipping
In the suburb.
Won’t be stopped.
So very cold. And he is out.
Over forty minutes now.
Hearing him from
My top storey apartment.
Owners need to be horse whipped.
Critter placed elsewhere.
With care.
Is this punishment?
Clear the house because
Humans otherwise occupied.
Or is the hockey game being
Watched, just that captivating?
Consequence youngsters.
Think about consequence.
They hardly bother.
Anymore.
For anything.
