Analysis of Breezy
The breeze blows away my thoughts,
As I sit quietly and meditate
Thoughts and feelings,
And all kinds of distractions
Fly away after taking their place
Only for a time
And slowly but surely
They disappear:
I am free.
Feeling breezy, the sensation comes
Touching me as if love
Finds it way to my lowest point
Soothing and so soft
I breathe in,
I breathe out
Calm and still
I exhale the freshness
I am free.
Here and now the sun is shining
And all my troubles
Fall away in dark leaves
The old skin gives way
To bright hues of joy,
Happiness and peace
Strength returns
Rest relaxes body and mind
And I am free.
