Analysis of 'I Am Again'
I am the face that launched a thousand ships
Sending legions of brave men to war
Draped in silk and promised a crown
Not too proud to be one man's whore
I am that Siren, that called to your men
Draped in whispers and trinkets of gold
I kept my youth in the palm of my hand
While wives felt abandoned and old.
I am the Juliet, that never did die
I am the dream meant only for men
I am the star that never fell from the sky
I am again, and again
And again
I am the conception of your own reflection
I am pleasure, tied with ribbons of pain
My beauty is bold, with one imperfection
I am again, and again
I Am Again
