Analysis of Intrusive

Do not ignore unwanted thoughts
To make them go away.
Instead, you will need lots and lots
Of prayers every day!

You also need to soon replace
Unwanted thoughts with those
That aren't temptations you must face,
But are the ones you chose.

Subconsciously when you ignore
What you want to remove,
It reinforces more and more
And probably won't improve

The likelihood of happiness;
A goal when you aren't glad
Because the devil wants to mess
With reasons you aren't sad.
