Analysis of Permission Awaited To Get

I may or may not knock,
On an open door before I enter.
It depends if the opportunity,
Is deserving of my courtesy...
Or curious aggression.

And then,
An open door could express...
My finding the right address.
To feel welcomed and expect,
Someone to greet me with warm hospitality.

But...
If I stood shouting 'hello' repeatedly,
Would I hear a voice...
Calling out from a bathroom to say,
"Come on in I'm on the toilet.
I suspected you to be the type,
To announce your arrival.
Without snooping around,
Assessing my possessions."

'I could have been a thief, a criminal...
Or someone to do you physical harm.'

"Sitting next to me is my Pitbull.
I have on a leash.
And if you look to your left and right,
You will notice two German Shepherd dogs...
Sitting quietly and with patience,
For you to walk in and snoop.
I trained them to use their minds.
Before jumping to conclusions."

'And...
The massive dog,
Sitting at the gate behind me?
Is it smiling or snarling at me?'

"Oh...
That's just Charlie.
My Rottweiler.
He's over protective.
If his head is tilted to the left,
That's his way of making you feel safe.
I'll be with you in a few seconds.
And please,
Whatever you do...
Don't appear nervous.
Charlie is very sensitive.
And may think his appearance upsets you.
Sooo...
If he runs towards you as if to attack,
Just get on one knee and blow him kisses.
It works for me all the time."

'Uh...
From who or whom,
Am I awaiting for permission...
To get to do what?'

"Don't be silly.
Have you been bitten yet?"

'I...uh...I'm hoping to pass out,
Before that happens.'

"I'm coming now!
Hello?
Did you hear me?
Are you still there?
Hello?"
