Analysis of A Young-un and His Mom
When I was just a little boy,
My Momma said to me,
"Why don't you spend time with a toy
Instead of poetry?"
I looked at her and I replied,
"My poetry can't be denied.
If I don't put my words in verse,
I'll fade in a poetic curse!"
My Momma listened carefully
And then i heard her say,
"My boy it now occurs to me
You've lost your mind today."
Yet, here I write these words tonight.
I must write down these words you've found.
