Analysis of Love's Infinity
Matthew C Froehlich 1986 (NY)
Love electrifies the world,
love switches on the light
Bringing sacredness to what was just protane,
Beaty to what was just plain
Love turns a life without meaning into one of serendipity.
In an instant
In a smile
In the eyes of a lover
Love tuns the finite into infinity.
Love brings tears to eyes that were long since dry Laughter to a heart turned cold
Music to the soul.
And youth to the old.
Love silences the mind's chatter,
Rejuvinates the heart's pitter-patter
It rises up like the sun,
Illuminating the farthest reaches of time and space
With its beauty, its vibrancy, its creativity
Nature sings of love in the songs of birds
The wind through the trees
The endlessness of the sky and the sea
Sing the same song,
The song of love's infinity.
