Analysis of Inordinate Search for Me

At first, I thought that I was shy,
But soon I knew there's more
Than shyness getting into my
School social needs encore.

Psychology helped me to learn
Much deeper truths about
The real me that caused much concern
And lots of more self-doubt.

Low self-esteem is deeper than
My shyness ever was;
Created by the past and can
Wreak havoc all because

It permeates all life and won't
Improve my life for me.
Especially if I just don't
Improve anxiety.
