Analysis of Approving Workers
Richard Newton Sherrer 1951 (Easton)
Flee your youthful passion,
And pursue righteousness;
Faith and love are in fashion,
Peace will bring blessedness.
Pray to have a pure heart,
Doing nothing foolish;
Controversies depart,
Quarrels to admonish.
A servant of the Lord,
Must endure the evil;
Quarrelsome be ignored,
Stand against the devil.
Instruct in gentleness,
God grants repentance;
Knowing truth with justice,
Through their obedience.
Maybe they recover,
And come to their senses;
That they will discover,
To tear down their fences.
