Analysis of Christ and the Bookends
So many do not realize
Christ's earthly trek began
When He came with his baby eyes
To start God's rescue plan.
The thing that most don't understand
Is that the manger would
Lead to a nail put through each hand
Into a cross of wood!
Some say that He was born to die;
A price He gladly paid,
Because He knew He had to try
And finish plans He made.
