Analysis of Rescued Praise
I love the Lord with all my strength,
He is my rock and my fortress;
Deliverer at any length,
Rescuing me when in distress.
I take refuge being my shield,
And the horn of my salvation;
My stronghold that helps me to yield,
When confronted with temptation.
I always call upon the Lord,
Who is worthy of being praised;
For I have never been ignored,
When necessity has been raised.
The sorrows of death encompass me,
The torrents of destruction snipe;
Although my God I cannot see,
I fear not for my foes are tripe.
The sorrows of hell compassed me,
As snares of death have confronted;
But the Lord is setting me free,
Avoiding from being hunted.
In distress, I call on the Lord,
Whose my God that I cry for aid;
In the temple, I have been heard,
With Him, I will not be afraid.
