Analysis of Christmas Fragments
The fragments from my Christmases
Of childhood memories,
Are rare and weak which to me says
They weren't the kind that please!
Somehow, I pushed away most thoughts
Of what my parents did
Or didn't do through years with lots
Of love they often hid.
The same is true of siblings who
Were also sort of there,
But I can't say on Christmas day,
Their presents showed they cared.
