Analysis of Where Was Everyone?
For many years I felt alone
When Christmas morning came,
Despite my childhood family,
They always seemed the same.
When I moved out to start my life,
I often spent the day
Of Christmas with no one around
Which seemed to be okay.
I've come to know that some will not
Be cheerful while alone,
Especially when Christmas comes
With feelings I have known.
