Analysis of Concrete grace

I was so blind for so long

Sliding into a world of drugs and sin

The most melancholy of songs

I couldn't for the life of me find a win

But you were there taking each singular blow

Feeling my pain

drowning in my sorrow

Lord I thank you for the tribulation and pain

For the strength to stand & never have to be in those depths again

You are my rock I stand firm to
My concrete grace

God you are my one & only point of view

How I long to seek your face

About this poem

This is basically all about hope & faith. I found this poem after a gruesome hospital stay. My Dr.s made me stay there a week (literally bed bound. When ever I even sat up my bed alarm went off) took me off all of my meds (which threw me into detox) to make me seize so they can catch where it's coming from in the brain for a 3rd (
