Analysis of Chloe's Lament

My Chloe is a sad, sad girl
Who tears are in and out;
Some from her heart that seem to twirl
While eyes drop tears about.

She can't escape her past nor can
She deal with her life now,
At least not with a happy plan
Because she can't see how!

Her friends, including me, have tried
To help her find a way
That won't include the wish she died,
And talks of it today!

I pray that Chloe will soon find
Someone to help her see
She must try hard to fill her mind
With hope of what can be!
