Analysis of Twilight's Verse

Words did flow, but now they cease,
Endlessly they sought release,
Clock hands mark the final hour,
Evening comes, soul's cleansing power.

About this poem

In my verse, words flowed endlessly until they ceased, like a river reaching its end. The ticking of the clock marked the final moments, as evening descended to cleanse the soul.
