Analysis of How the time flies

Waking up at six, wanting to play games,
But now, I sleep in, the days are always lame,
Jumping up and down for hours on end,
But now i stay in bed looking at this weeks trends.

I look at my old photos wondering where did the time go
Always saying "i love you so"
I miss the outfits and the forts,
But now it seems it was all cut short.

When i was young i wished for fame,
I wished to grow old fast but it's not the same,
I wish to go back in time,
To go to school and play with slime.

Oh why did the time fly by,
Look how quickly my childhood died,
I know she's  inside me somewhere deep down,
I'll bring her out and show her the town.
