Analysis of Need You Today

Valorie Philibert 1966 (East Liverpool, Ohio)

You’re here in my heart,
Yet you’re so far away;
I can’t wait to see you,
Each and everyday.
Time and time again,
I think of you;
Only to feel sad,
Of our that grew.
You made me happy,
When you were here;
Hoping someday,
That you’d be near.
I miss your smile,
That I’ve grown fond of(
I can’t wait to see you,
Oh my love.
So in my closing,
I will say;
I miss you, want you,
Need you today.
