Analysis of American Express
Depending on your paycheck is the way of life out here
You can't buy what you want unless you're owed a new career
Find the friend who fired you for better referances
All the right friends lead to all the wrong business
How did you make all my profits disappear?
What good are jobs that don't pay you to work?
What good is money you can't afford to have?
What good is marraige if all you're focused on is divorce?
What good is life if all you desire is death?
This is how they force us to live
One more flaw in the system
Another Great Depression
This is your reward for getting ahead
Work more, less pay (Repeat)
Friends with benefits
Never a fair trade
How do your bosses still have jobs and you don't?
They get paid for doing nothing after you get laid off
How does that work? (Repeat)
You'll get your jobs back when it picks back up again
What are we supposed to do until then?
Sit alone and thrive
Stand together and die
Protest your worth to the middleman
You can't make credit your main source of income
You're living on borrowed lies
Who's gonna promote you when you're your own Boss?
How will you get a raise if all your profit margins have gone soft?
Slide your Company Card here (Repeat)
