Analysis of Knowledge of the Curious Kind

Moments ago we escaped,
To another time or place?
You hold lost memories I traced.
Damaged by an ancient voice!
Agony! Maybe loss of love?
I forgot the past that was forgotten,
Explanations didn't seem begotten.
Bitter purpose to free a mind.
Unanswered questions, same old crime.
Satisfied, emotional, tantalizing moments,
Brought unexpected silent peace.
Just stay; Don't come back.
The past was touched today,
Unexpected, confused, to renew?
Outlined in complexity.
Refreshed long ago.
As Beauty became the varmint.
Satisfaction, finalization until the next.
Knowledge of the curious kind
Seized a heart, left behind.
