Analysis of My head / voice(s) / within

MY HEAD / VOICE(S) / WITHIN

Sustained........Searing........Head........Pains
burrowing onto, into  my brain..............imps, devils
each one commited to running rampant throughout
all their faces (yes) laughing, mocking.(too cockily)
 THEN, this
(VOICES), James, James such a little, nobody man
                  Go on, take your life.......Huh, if you can
                  James, James, such a belittled no one man
                  Go on, take your life......Huh, as if you can
Then...they spit on me, for they have always spat at me
and I cry helplessy, freely those waters of hopelessness
and thundering out, I shout.....NO!     NO!        NO!!!!!!!!!!!
and my brain pulsates, with staggered lightning flashes
and (Noises) crash, echo into every crevice in my head
blood is thumping,  racing  inside every artery and vein
 mouth runs to dry, tongue becomes so grossly inflamed
buzzing, buzzing, buzzings crisscross my troubled brain
Then huge, clanging church bells, will peal into the chaos
I am rendered unto mine mania, this lost mind is overcome
                                       ................
Exhausting, sobbing convulsions rake my frame en masse
arms, legs, this tense, aching body, all writhe within unity
UP, DOWN,..UP, DOWN,...UP, DOWN, on each sad grunt
something perhaps will give, and, at last I tire (instantly)
                                   ...................
Restfullness arrives,later than usual, but so, so,welcomed
my own mind returns, though more deeply scarred (again)
now,sleep invades me, I surrender, for here at long last is
