That It To Get
Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)
Some have that 'It' as if born to get.
And many will never know,
What that 'It' is to have.
Yet will do all they can,
To recreate an imitation to leave and believe...
The doing is close enough not to be noticed,
By those innovative who appreciate...
Not only originality.
But also a truth,
Many these days will still compare...
To being almost like reality.
And if presented to represent it repeatedly...
That difference to make,
Will seldom lose a debate...
Against the ones endorsing to support,
Ongoing deception and their taste for fraud!
And for the many living life unconsciously?
That is the only 'It' they know and follow.
To then blame, accuse and name,
Those with 'It'...
Of trying to claim,
That ignorance allowed to welcome...
Support and follow behind blindly,
Is nothing anyone has yet proven to be...
Beneficial for keeping a healthy mind stable!
Even if...
Under certain questionable sotuations,
Evidence and proof...
Of mental stability had existed.
With dates, times and witnesses produced.
Erasing doubt that all fools,
Proud of their endeavors are not home-made!
'All fools,
Are not taught to teach to be that way.
Some are just determined to be fools.
As if this is their goal.
A mission.
Sought to achieve until successfully reached.'
'For the purpose to prove
The obtaining of what?'
'Heightened power to compensate,
For a lack of physical height.
Or an absence of something else,
Not to have.
But hoping to sell what isn't theirs to delude!'
'Like what?'
'If someone has been born with 'It' to have?
They are secure enough to know,
This 'It' to have has little to do...
With height or size of an ego,
Needing desperately to be fed.
And if money to have it can not make it,
Grow to be bigger than what that 'It' means?
Nothing else on Earth will.'
'People always want what someone else has.
To believe it is theirs to get.
With it then done to discuss,
What their ancestors had to mess that up!
And...
For what to prove?
No ignorance yet have I witnessed is bliss!'
'It's all stupid!'
'No.
This is not the fault to accuse it on stupidity.
These fools of today?
They have chosen to be ignorant.
They have chosen to be as dumb as possible.
To call them stupid,
Would be an insult to those...
Seeking ways not to be so noticeable!'
'That can not be the 'It',
They were born with to get?'
'I am not one to pass judgement.
I prefer being opinionated.'
'And that to do is passing judgement!'
'No one said anything,
About your suffering from optical illusions.'
'WHAT?
That makes no sense at all.'
'Look into my eyes.
Do you see that 'It' I have?'
'Yep.
In both eyes.
I see a craze impossible to miss.
And...
Right you are.
Some have 'It' to get.
And many are not aware,
How much of 'It' they have.
Needing professional attention given.'
'Two hees. One ha...
With a right uplifted middle finger.
Nothing I say do you take seriously.'
'And...
Who knew,
That my memory and 'It' to have...
Would never be yours to challenge.'
'There is so much to say better left unheard.'
