Letters to a Flower

Oh dear flower,
why do you crush your stem?
All these thoughts getting in,
why are you just letting them?

Oh dear flower,
don't you see your beautiful and wise?
"Im ugly, Im dumb."
I see right through your pitiful lies.

Oh dear flower,
hating the way you used to live.
I may not know you well,
but i'm ready to forgive.

And,
Oh dear flower,
I truly do love you.
Hope one day
you will learn to love you too.
