The Change Starts With Me

Why is everybody so evil and mean,

They're only out for themselves.

Nobody tryna help nobody eat,

What happened to kindness && peace?

We need to get back on our knees

and thank God for blessings we don't even see.

Have faith and believe,

Help others in need.



Let's Be the difference,

Let's be the peace,

Everybody's saying they want to see,

Let's practice what we preach,

Turn the other cheek,

Be the adults we tell our kids to be,

We got to Lead by example,

they learn what they see,

Do more for others,

When we're mad do not speak.

Put the past behind us,

And remember to breathe.



Ask God for his guidance,

Be the difference we want to see.

Don't give up and stay silent,

Always help those in need.

Let's stop all the violence,

Be all that you can be.
