This foggy tale!

Where does this fog come from?
As, I walk, I see, no, streetlights?
I hear, no dogs, I feel, no life! Screaming on the inside, too much, remains, normal for me!
To many sides on this street, yet, they all are leading me no where! Continuing to walk, I stop and sigh!
No longer will I slow my stride, finally, I decide to shine!
Ah, that was always the problem for me, I had to realize life's road contains the options I need!
Instead of letting the choices stress my mind, I decide to follow the sun!
It will always rise!
The fog did end where the winds amends stopped speaking to me, the rain then ends!
The one thing that always remains the same, this path is mine, as is my name!
