Lessons We Learn by Lord Jesus

LATRISHA WALKER 1979 (Canton, Ohio)

Learning, correcting n preparing is til the end, for me!
I'm gonna keep fighting until I get the victory!
Putting down myself, lifting up My Lord!
No matter the oppression, I will praise Christ, all the more!
Taking the pricking in heart, not quenching wat I need.
Turn from my wicked so I can be free!
He broke the chains, no more captivity,
Will I follow His way, n defeat the great enemy?

About this poem

This poem was written while I was learning how to get the victory in bad situations n not to overreact or act first n think later. I chose to do it by God's way n think on good things to not allow my mind to stay negative n react harshly but allow Christ walk live in me n let Him handle the battle n I must submit to His will. N it's hard but if He did it. Then I must fight my flesh to do His will.
