Last wish

Although my earthly body may have failed me
Do not fear, I will always be near

My spirit and presence are only a breath away
Close your eyes, calm your mind, and recall the memories we made that day 

The joy, laughter, or meal we shared
I gave you life’s most precious gift because I cared 

Grieve for a while but you must progress 
For this life is just a stepping stone to eternal bliss

Remember my smile, joyful spirit, and laugh 
Remind yourself, it won’t be the last…

For we will reunite in a much better place
