Did To Then Do

Shut down.
Re-think my daily activities.
And began to assess what kept me stressed.
Did to then do.
Begin to go through,
All I had not done to improve my attitude.
To do towards myself.
Without accusing anyone else.
With a step by step removing,
Of my own issues gone unaddressed.

Did to then do,
Honestly to myself confess...
Issues of others I let keep me stressed.
With a doing to accept,
Their changing moods and attitudes.
Yet the weather,
I could not change.
Regardless how I became upset.
Depressed.
And rejected what I should expect.

Then did to do done,
To realize...
One day that came to come.
No one better than I could control,
How I felt to feel.
And what it was I needed to let go.
Did to then do,
Become happier to know...
I am who I am to be me.
Without it to suspect or believe,
Someone else had intentions...
To share their stress.
And I just happened to be around,
Listening to accept and agree...
I understood to understand,
We all are going through the same mess...
Together.

Did to then do,
Shut down.
Re-think.
And...
Began to assess what kept me stressed.
Did to then do no more to allow!
