A silent forest wrapped in heavy grey mist.
A small shadow of light is soothing:
Like young love.
A song plays in memory.
Sun-shattering crystal glass,
Silver birds scream across the sky,
Breathing fire with angry tears,
To worry Heaven with words of remorse.
Begging forgiveness unheard.
Exploding, swirling, consuming bit by bit.
A cold metallic sea crashes on the shore.
Leaving precious pieces unattainable to those without words,
Seeking comfort.
