Cope

Finding the lesson to be learned
Finding the relief that's earned
Wanting it so bad you yearn
Cope
There's no proper way to deal
No one can tell you how to feel
Just make sure what you feel is real
Don't give the depression monster another meal
Peel back that first layer, always hard
But after you do stay on guard
Healing comes in the longest of yards
This isn't a game like playing cards
Find peace in knowing the fight is done
Find strength in knowing that you've won
No longer do you have to weigh a ton
Breathe again, close the book, give hope
Cope
