I Miss You

Re'Nee E. Vasquez 1986 (Salt Lake City, UT)

I miss the way we would sit and talk about silly things,

I miss the sound of your soft motherly voice that brought music to my ears.

                  I miss your soft laugh,

I miss your beautiful smile that would always brighten up my day.

I miss the soft tenderness touch of your motherly hands,

Today I miss you more than I missed you yesterday.
