The walk in the woods.

Dianejean57 1957 (Swansea, MA)

The walk in the woods.

One cool summer day. I met a man along the way. I can hear the birds singing and the leaves rustling beneath my feet. The man took my hand, that I may understand, the skies were blue with a soft breeze too. We walked for Miles, full of smiles; he said I can't afford a ring. But I'm your king, and you are my queen. I don't need anything. The love you have comes from above, like the morning doves. I want to feel like I'm the only one.
