Get up, get out, get moving Don't tarry in your sloth
Make each moment matter
Pledge to loyal troth; stir a quickening broth
Cut a spine tingling swath
Oust fuss, oust dread, oust doubting
Don't cower in your fright
Make each moment matter
Find reason for delight; feel your internal might
Blow winds to lift your kite
Grant joy, grant peace, grant kindness
Don't wallow in your lair
Make each moment matter
Attend "vanity fair;" build "castles in the air"
Play like "devil-may-care"
Seek truth, seek good, seek beauty
Don't dolor in your wrong
Make each moment matter
Catch melody in song; take pleasure in the strong
Grasp treasures that belong
