Analysis of I'VE HAD ENOUGH!

I'VE HAD ENOUGH!!

The wounded fall all 'round me
I can't even get up
You say that I am free?
Why am I drinking this cup?
It's just too,too much
I can't go on
I long for the touch
Of the Holy One
My troubles overflow
I am ready to die
What hope can grow
In a ruin such as I?

No what am I saying...

I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
Devil give it ALL Back!
I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
In Christ I never Lack!
I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
Lord raise me from the ground!
I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
His Grace does abound!
I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
Give back what you stole!
I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
It's time for seven fold!

The Devil is a liar
I'll not be defeated
My Father lifts me higher
Never be mistreated
I stand in the strength of
The One who is Almighty
The Holy One from above
I hold His promise tightly
I stand with nothing to hide
Secure in His rays of Light
My God is on my side
He has won this fight

So say it with me now...

I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
Of the Devil's tricks and lies!
I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
Of Sins binding ties!
I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
The dragon runs away!
I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
On my knees I pray!
I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
Of Hell's dark deception!
I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
It bares the repetition!

If you've had enough
Of the Father of Lies
Throw off the useless stuff
That Hell always tries
Stand on the promise God gives
And confess the victory
Remember your Salvation lives
Beyond evil's hypocrisy
Say what you claim
Giving Christ your fealty
Confess it in Jesus name
Focus brings reality

So now YOU can shout...

I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
Of bondage to sin!
I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
I know whose going to win!
I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
Devil, get your paws off me!
I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
The Cross sets me free!
I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
I stand upon God's Word!
I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
I'll shout it till you've heard!
I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
AMEN

About this poem

The one who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work. 1 John 3 8
